All sessions are 45 minutes and are a combination of Kettlebell’s, TRX, Dumbells, Rocketbags, Bosu ball, Bodyweight toning and The Tracey Anderson Method which targets hips, arms and abs amazingly!


R200 for one person
R150 each for two people
R100 each for groups of 4

There are existing groups that can be joined if you like group training. Private ladies only sessions.
The Gi Jane Private Studio is based in Riverside, Durban North.


This package is especially for those of you needing to shed a few (or a lot) kg’s in order to look fab on your wedding day! The package includes:

New mom’s – Start losing the baby weight straight away by bringing your new addition with you! Bring them along in their car seat and they can watch you training. Training can start 4 weeks after natural delivery and 6 weeks after C-section. Contact your doctor to clear you if you’re not sure.

GI Junior
GI Junior is focused on helping children to lose weight and gain confidence. They are at such a critical age where much can be done to boost their self esteem when they are overweight. Personal training can help them lose weight while having fun! That is what I focus on, and it works. Their session is only 30 minutes to keep them interested and enjoying it. Either one-on-one or in a small group. We take juniors from age 4+


For those of you out of Durban or that have finished with a trainer and are looking for a way to maintain by yourself but with the help of a trainer, a personalized gym program is for you.
Whether you want a one month, two month, three month, or six month program, we will design it especially for you!
