I am doing another movement challenge and we start at the end of the month! My challenges aren’t to challenge you against anyone but yourself 💗 It’s all about challenging yourself to workout 3 times a week, in the comfort of your own home, of course.
The workouts are really fun, explained well in the videos, and roughly 20 minutes. You can add another round if you want something longer, but generally the full 3 rounds are enough for the girls.
It is super beginner friendly too, so if you’ve been nervous to try exercising or never wanted to start, this is for you! I comment on all posts and reply to any questions. You can even email me for any help!
