All sessions are 45 minutes and are a combination of Kettlebell’s, TRX, Dumbells, Rocketbags, Bosu ball, Bodyweight toning and The Tracey Anderson Method which targets hips, arms and abs amazingly!


R250 for 1 person
R200 each for 2 people
R150 each for 3 people
R125 each for groups of 4

There are existing groups that can be joined if you like group training. Private ladies only sessions.
The Gi Jane Private Studio is based in Riverside, Durban North.

New mom’s – Start losing the baby weight straight away by bringing your new addition with you! Bring them along in their car seat and they can watch you training. Training can start 4 weeks after natural delivery and 6 weeks after C-section. Contact your doctor to clear you if you’re not sure.


GI Junior

GI Junior yoga teaches mindfulness, being kind, calm and core work in the form of yoga poses. We take juniors from age 4+

Monday 2:30-3pm 4-7yr olds 

R50 per session, paid termly


For those of you out of Durban or that have finished with a trainer and are looking for a way to maintain by yourself but with the help of a trainer, a personalized gym program is for you.
Whether you want a one month, two month, three month, or six month program, we will design it especially for you!
